Customer Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on shapewear for hygiene reasons.

Our consultation service will support and guide you with your Shapewear selection so we hope you’re happy with your purchase. If we decide you need a custom fitting in The Sewing Rooms studio you’ll have the opportunity to try on shapewear items over your underwear during your consultation.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faculty or misdescribed goods. We always want you to be happy with our products so if in doubt please email
